About the Run/Walk

The Roosevelt Island 5K Run/Walk will be a fun-filled activity for people of all ages. Walkers and runners will be helping to raise awareness of the need for more marrow donors in the Be the Match registry. Additionally, money raised will be used towards patient support and donor recruitment programs of the Icla da Silva Foundation. Here is how you can participate:

1. Click JOIN NOW to Register to run/walk to support the foundation's mission. Registration fee is $25 per adult and $15 per child.
2. FORM or JOIN a team, set a fundraising goal, and invite individuals to join your team.
3. Ask for sponsors for you or your team to achieve your fundraising goal.
